Spacious 5th floor unit with balcony overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay! Offering privacy, bay views from every window, and picture perfect sunsets. This luxury condo meets your vacation needs for a group as large as four. Just outside the ground floor, a lush landscape leads you to the zero entry lagoon pool with two hot tubs and a children’s pool. Walk a couple of minutes more and find yourself in the charming village of
Baytowne Wharf, where you can relax with fine or casual dining, shopping, children's activities, or just strolling through the village. If you are feeling energetic you can walk/jog to the beach in about 30 minutes. Play golf and tennis, bicycle, fish, canoe or kayak all day, without leaving the village. Enjoy nightlife and leisurely stroll back to your condo at day’s end. This beautiful unit is located within the newest building in the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
* How far is the beach ?
The Sandestin Beach is about two miles on a walking biking path at the south end of the resort. You can also drive and park or take the free shuttle. The Sunshine Shuttle stops next door at the Grand Sandestin. Someone in your group will need to carry a shuttle ID card you will find on the kitchen counter.

* Where is the fitness center?
The fitness center is next door at the Grand Sandestin.

* Are the pools heated ?
The small round pool at Elation and the Phil Hummel pool on Baytowne Wharf Ave are usually heated during winter and early spring.

* Do you have a golf cart ?
I'm sorry but we do not own or rent a golf cart. Rentals may be available on line.

* Do you have any discounts ?
Yes, the 7th night is 10 % off

*Do you accept pets ?
I'm sorry but we cannot accept pets because our HOA does not allow it .

* Can I make 3 payments instead of 2 ?
Its not possible because , the VRBO platform is set up for two payments - 25% at booking and 75% 30 days prior to check in.

* Can I change my dates ?
Yes, you can add dates anytime if the dates are available. The fee will be the nightly rental rate.

* Is there a refund if there is a hurricane.
Yes, if Walton County orders a mandatory evacuation.

Unit was nice, spacious, and very clean. It had a nice view of the bay. We stayed four nights and slept very well in the bed which was very comfortable. Unit is located close to the pool and just a short walk to the nightlife. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. Great having it right off the elevator. Normally I don’t like being close to the elevator because of the noise but we had zero problems. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you’re there to cook. We do not cook on vacation. Furniture was comfortable and bathroom was great. We slept good. View of the bay was beautiful. I gave a 4 star rating for cleaning just for minor stuff like cleaning the floors better under bathroom counter and bed and dusting the bedroom armor. But this didn’t affect our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice unit!!! Thanks again

Always great to be walking distance from the Baytown area. Lots of shopping on grand boulevard and restaurants all close by. Pool at this resort is the best. Room was the perfect size and had everything and a few extra nice touches of things needed while we stayed.

Amazing Place

I can’t say enough about our stay, it was perfect upscale and walking distance to Baytown wharf! It’s a beautiful community! The beach across the street is one of our favorites! It was also perfect for our family! We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Communication

When we arrived we had already been informed the complex was having an AC chiller repaired! We battled that a little bit, but Denise was fantastic about being on top of getting people in to get it going! This was not just a single condo issue, it was because things in the entire complex was being repaired! The room was very clean and everyone was great and nice and very accommodating! We come to Baytowne every year for a fishing tournament and we will be staying here again! So much sweet wildlife to watch off the balcony! There were raccoons, bunnies, birds, and then you could watch people golf and watch boats come in and out of the bay!

Beautiful Condo in a Perfect Location!

We come to Sandestin every year for a conference my husband attends for work. This condo was exactly what we needed and was in a perfect location, too! The condo is beautifully decorated, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. It's a short walk to the pool and the Village of Baytown Wharf, and the condo is located right when you step off the elevator, so we didn't have to lug bags and groceries down the hall. Judith, the host, was quick to respond to messages, and when the pool access code we were sent didn't work, she got back with us in a short time with the correct code. We'll definitely stay here again!

Proposal Trip

We did a last minute booking to be there when our son proposed to his girlfriend. We did not receive the access codes or anything by checkin time; however, once I reached out to Denise she provided everything we needed. The condo/apartment was lovely and was perfect for us. We left with no complaints and wondering when we can come back!

Wonderful Stay

Property and location was amazing. Close enough to everything but secluded enough for quiet and privacy if wanted. Owners very easy to communicate with. Second time staying at location and was amazing again!!

Great stay in Sandestin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though weather wasn’t perfect, this condo was! Excellent communication and condo is exactly as pictured. Convenient parking, excellent location with beautiful bay view and very short walk to the action at the Village of Baytown Wharf. Loved our time there, we hope to return soon!

Amazing!

The room was exactly as pictured! We enjoyed the spacious bathroom and bedroom! My only recommendation would be to have brighter lighting at the bathroom vanity area.The kitchen had ample space and had everything we needed! Was convenient to the elevators and pool. We loved being able to walk to Baytowne Wharf to enjoy dinner and entertainment after a long day at the beach! The view of the bay from the balcony was breathtaking. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return to this unit.

Love this condo!

We have stayed in the Sandestin area many times and this condo tops the list! It is conveniently located, was very well stocked with amenities and was clean. The Bay views on the balcony were spectacular! We would definitely stay again!
