As pictured

Clean unit with great views. Dated interior, in need of new paint, windows, and new mattresses, and water pressure needs to be corrected, but generally as pictured, worked well for our family, and was clean and located in a great building with a relatively quiet beachfront area (which wasn’t the case for any of the surrounding properties that were jam packed on the beach). Thanks for having us!

Beautiful View in Great Community

Having the ocean outside your window is one thing that you know will be incredible - especially from the 13th floor but this property is part of a collection of other communities featuring multiple golf courses, basketball courts, pickle ball, putt putt golf but there’s also multiple restaurants, arcade, grocery store, and so many fun things for your family… you really don’t have to leave plus very secure area overall.

Family Trip

Beautiful view

Very clean property. Well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Cute decorations. Only draw back was the hot water tank being so small and their wasn’t any bbq cooking utensils. We would definitely stay again.

FANTASTIC

Everything was absolutely perfect! The property and condo was everything that we'd hoped for and the beach area was much less crowded than the properties next to ours. It was wonderful and we will definitely be returning!

Beautiful location in Miramar!

Beachside one is admittedly an older condo property, and as such could use some updates. The furniture was a bit worn and the unit could use a deep cleaning. That said we had a perfectly lovely stay and for the price it was perfect! The decor was perfectly beachy and everything worked appropriately (even if the dishwasher needed secured lol). The view from the 13th floor over the beautiful waters of Miramar was the highlight of this property as well as the beautiful pool area as well. If you can live with some imperfections and are ok with an older unit, you can’t beat this one!

Beachside One 4135

The hotel in general was good; it had a great pool. However, the unit we stayed in was extremely dirty and outdated. It was dirty to the point of we wore shoes the whole time we walked around in the unit. My kids who normally wouldn’t notice, even kept commenting about being dirty. The couch was absolutely filthy with stains, and had old food under the couch. Hair everywhere you looked too. The furniture on the balcony was so rusted that when you sit on it, it rubs off on your clothes. The floor was nasty/dirty, and the unit is falling apart. We removed the bed sheets and used our own, and when we removed the master sheets, it looked like someone had peed all over the mattress cover. I went and bought cleaning supplies, and cleaned it the best it would clean for that unit. It really needs some TLC and updating. For the money they are charging, I expected more. The plus side was that it had a great view, and the beach was nice. It’s extremely crowded in that area, but the security guy at the beach area made sure people from other places didn’t take up our beach area; that part was a plus!

Great location with some problems.

The condo is in a great location but the owner should consider the folllowing: Replace the master bedroom mattress, it is the worse my wife and I have ever encountered anywhere. Replace the louvred door in the master bedroom with a normal, solid door. It does not provide visual or acoustical privacy. The two remotes in the master bedroom would not control the tv. The area rug in the living needs to be replaced.

The major limitation was that the pool is under construction and will not be ready till later in the season. Other than that. It’s a beautiful unit.

Sandestin

The property is located fairly far on the East side of Destin. It is about a 30 min drive to get to some of the more common attractions (mainly due to the traffic). The unit itself had a great view but be sure to bring everything, and I mean everything, that you might need. We found ourselves going to the store on numerous occasions to get stuff like coffee filters ,trash bags etcetera. (We bought a new thing of coffee filters and used 6…we left the rest in the condo. I’m not sure if we’re the only ones that do that or if the cleaning staff get rid of everything, but there should be enough to last for quite a few months now.) also, very limited on tv channels, I know it’s vacation time but it would’ve been nice to have something to watch when we felt like doing so. The pool was also closed but I assume it will be back again in a couple months. Nice beach.

AMAZING!

The room is fantastic but could use some minor updates. The owner was very easy to contact if we had issues. The view is incredible. Will definitely be adding this to my list of places to stay!

Great Experience

Had a blast. overall experience of the property was pretty good. Needs some up grades. Had problems with both toilets the whole time. One toilet never stopped running. Ended up having to turn the water supply off just to be able to sleep. The jets on the tub would not work. The mattresses need to be replaced and a little noisy. But other than that the view was amazing. Was never crowded at all even at the pool and the beach.

A bit more run down than pictures show but all in all a nice place. Balcony and the beach were nice. Beautiful views. Great shower in master bathroom

Great beach vacation home

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the beach, easy access to groceries (nearby Publix), and all the amenities a family could need. The condo was clean, check-in process easy, very spacious, and during the Covid crisis it was easy to have meals delivered via UberEats and GrubHub. The master bedroom was perfect with superb views. The two-twin bedroom was just right for our two children. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook. There was no proper cutting board and the knives were very dull, but that's on par with most vacation rentals. One of the elevators was down the first day, which would have made this a challenging vacation since this condo is on the 13th floor, but it was fixed first thing Monday morning so no issues. Sadly, not all the guests honored the wearing masks in the indoor public spaces (like elevators), but we did our part. Overall it was a great condo and we had an amazing time. Our youngest cried on the last day because she wanted to stay longer...so she took photos of every room. It's the mark of a great vacation home.

4135 Beachside 1 Miramar Beach, FL

Gorgeous views, great location. Must have just been opened up for the season and been the first ones to stay in it. It was lacking a much needed deep cleaning. The flooring was sticky and left a blackish residue on the bottoms of your feet. We went the second day shopping for cleaning supplies (what was available) and cleaning the condo. The rugs in all the rooms were sticky as well. We rolled up two of them and put them in the closet (they really should be thrown out and replaced). Several mouse turds were found in the fold out couch (3-4), in the sheets of the owner's suite bed (2), and on the owner's suite bench/storage area. The blue rug under the fold out couch had an overturned sticky mouse trap stuck to it underneath the ottomon portion which we located when setting up the bed the 1st night along with the mouse turds in the bed. The ceilings in the owner's suite had dust/cobb webs hanging from it in the ~center of the room. Several of the remotes were not working, corroded batteries inside of the one. Just felt like the property had not been used in awhile and lacked the deep cleaning/checks one would expect prior to the opening of the season. The condo has so much potential view incredible location/views, hopefully it is in much better condition for the next renter.
