The kitchen has new cabinets and a granite countertop. There is free wifi and all TVs are flat panel with HD. Complimentary beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella is provided. It is pet friendly!

Located in a gated community, there is a safe parking lot in the complex. Guests must use the parking passes provided. Maximum of 2 cars only.

Trailers, RVs, jet ski and boats are prohibited on Maravilla grounds.

Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the condo and porch, swimming pool deck.

Boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors and buses are prohibited at Maravilla. All vehicles parked in any Maravilla parking space must display a Maravilla parking permit at all times. Violators will be towed at vehicle owner`s expense.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach.
Prior to check-out, all garbage must be taken to the dumpster.

Children under 12 are not allowed in hot tub, and must be accompanied by responsible adult. No dogs or other animals are allowed in pool. No loud music or offensive lyrics, earbuds recommended.
