Loved the location, the building, our room, the service, and the buffet breakfast. It was nice to have a bathtub for my toddler, who also really enjoyed meeting Pierre, the parrot.

Fascinating to see a country still teetering between its Soviet past and modern future. Go to the National Library. Consistently voted ugliest building in the world, it is fascinating nonetheless. There is an observation deck entrance in the back.
