"First of all the room smelled nasty like cigarettes the knobs for the hot tub didn’t work it seem dirty I had to leave and go buy air freshener and cleaners to clean. The bathroom window took us forever to be able to lock. Someone on the upstairs bathroom took a shower and the water leaked down to our bathroom. The blankets were stain. Then in the morning the room next door was blasting music super loud. $140 a night was to much for that place it needs to be closed down and re do had the cleaning ladies pushing the cleaning supply’s and blankets in a shopping cart I mean horrible."

"I spent one night at WoodSpring Suites, Newington, on a business trip. This is a new property and the room was clean. The elevator and hall smelled odd. The hallway could have been a cooking smell, but the elevator was something else, and quite unpleasant. The room strongly smelled of a disinfectant when I arrived. That dissipated overnight. If strong odors both you, this is not a good choice. (I am not that sensitive to odors, so I was able to tolerate the room.) If you like to run, bike or walk, there is a nice path less than a half block away, which parallels the high speed bus route to Hartford, with a high protective fence. I enjoyed my run."

"The manager, she was wonderful! They didn’t have a room for us after I had a reservation, booked weeks ago . 3 other families were there without rooms at the same time as we were and had reservations. The place was a dump! Mold etc. The male employee behind the desk was rude. Simply stated they didn’t have any rooms and the ones that were empty in his exact words, “had bugs”. The lady manager was incredible! She only started the week prior and was trying to help everyone. She was clearly overwhelmed and things were out of her control but she was the only one trying to help Beware of this hotel!"

"I spent one night and everything was as one would hope for a hotel. The room was clean, plenty of towels, well-made bed and TV. I always enjoy breakfast at Comfirt Inns and this one lived up to my expectations. I always load up on the eggs and sausage but there was a large variety of foods available including waffles, cereal and pastries. Good coffee as well. Front desk personnel could not have been more personable and welcoming. A 5 star day."

"Location and hotel property were good but the staff at the reception was terrible. On check in I was informed that I have a 30 dollar credit being a Hilton Gold. Now I know that if you book thru a third party like Expedia this credit is subject to the property. In this case on check in I was informed. HOWEVER on check out they charged me for the same. Paying a 1000 dollars for 3 nights the 90 is not a back breaker but it’s a smart way for the hotel to make money. BE CAREFUL"

"breakfast menu was absolute dogshit. but my room was super clean. the cleaners never cleaned our room tho and brought new towels tho. it seemed like they were going to everyone’s room but ours. the ladies at the front desk were mad nice tho. parking was good. "
