NE Arts Haven in Trendy NE Minneapolis with AC, WiFi

This historic home built in 1900 has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located in the heart of the NE Mpls Arts District.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The main bedroom has both a kind and a queen, the smaller bedroom has a queen bed, and a daybed in the living area on the main floor pulls out to a king bed. All beds feature Lucid Mattresses, and luxurious 100% Cotton sheets. Both floors have newly remodeled bathrooms with a sink, toilet and shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen is brand new in 2024 and well appointed with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, toaster, mixer and a wide variety of spices. The dining room table seats six. Outdoors features a beautifully landscaped garden. Harvest your fresh herbs and fruit on site! There is a patio with table and chairs for six, a three burner gas grill, fire ring with seating for eight-plus.

The house is ideal for remote working as the Wi-Fi is robust and covers the entire yard, so you can enjoy the outdoors while working or playing on line.

Enjoy the convenience of grocery delivery; as the house is serviced by all grocery delivery services

The house is directly across the street from Edgewater Park, which sits gracefully along the banks of the Mississippi River and has a fabulous view of the brightly lit Lowery Bridge. Walk to all of the notorious NE Minneapolis Hot Spots!

Trash and recycling bins are in back near the garage. Please bring out any trash and recycling you may have.
Please leave all used towels in a pile on the kitchen floor. Used beds may be left unmade with sheets on them.

If you would like to use the sauna, please let us know so that we may light it for you. Please sign an additional waiver as it is a wood fire stove.
The bed on the main floor will be made up as additional seating unless requested to be made up as a single or king bed.
Absolutely no glitter, confetti, tape on the walls, dying of hair, or sleeping in our beds after spray tanning.

Wonderful house in heart of NE

Great space, plenty of parking, wish we had time to enjoy the sauna. Will look for the listing in the future.

Great place!

Overall the stay and the house was good, the neighborhood was a little loud and heard arguing and yelling around. The sauna needs some more specific instructions and working lights. But the house was fantastic to stay in and comfortable!
