"I worried if there would really be enough seating and space for as many people as they advertised. It was perfect for our family reunion of 17 people. There were beds and seating for everyone! Excellent large rooms for sleeping, visiting, playing games, cooking & eating, etc...The Yard was AMAZING! Toys, balls, and other equipment for all ages. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Watched pelicans and birds in the early mornings from the living room and the balcony! So Relaxing!The air conditioner was a little finicky so we used the fans to help. Most kitchen equipment and supplies were great. But not enough bowls or storage containers for left over food. Also, bring your own zip baggies for food or lunches. Very few available. The basement furniture was a little stained and outdated, but the pool table was a lot of fun. We loved the kayaks and rafts. Amazing to watch the 4th of July fireworks on the river!!!We had a wonderful week! Thank you for sharing your amazing home."
