"Clean room. Rustic setting with beautiful surroundings. Great water pressure in the hotel portion. Staff responded promptly to WhatsApp messages. Not too far (30 minutes drive) from the town of Pucon. I would have liked to have had access to a kettle to make my own coffee and tea in my hotel room (they had these in the cabins) and an iron to press my own clothing as this was a wedding event. I did use the hotel laundry services to re: press my suit and shirt and they did a great job for $10....

The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the surrounding atmosphere was truly relaxing. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature. We would definitely return!"

"Our room was dusty, unfortunately when going to sleep could feel the dust of the bed as if they havent used or change the sheets recently. Also we couldnt use the hot tub, staff said you had to give 8 hrs advance notice in case of using it and would see if they would do it depending in other guests. Also be mindful when going if you are a light sleeper,, the walls are super thin you can hear everything from other rooms and floor above "
