This exclusive waterfront home sits on the 'warm' private side of Lake Anna. It is situated on a very secluded private lot with 500 feet of waterfront and 70 feet of beach. The water depth off the beach starts around 2 feet and slopes gradually to deeper water with a hard sandy bottom perfect for swimming and playing. Enjoy all the great outdoor activities such as volleyball, horseshoes, relaxing on the beach. In the evening gather around the new fire pit ( 2020 ). The 9' dining table will allow everyone to sit down to dinner together. Rearranging the furniture has opened up the floor space nicely. Located on the warm private side of Lake Anna offers benefits such as not having to worry about heavy boat traffic for water skiing and swimming in the lake. You can have peace of mind while vacationing with your family and friends. Our goal since we purchased the property in 2016 is to continually upgrade and improve. We installed a new dock in spring 2017. We finished the game room. New in 2018 is upgrades to the kitchen. We had new granite counter tops installed. We have new hi speed internet that will all you to use your favorite streaming services. FYI, this property can be booked through Lake Anna rental properties dot com with no booking fee.


This fabulous 6 bedroom, 4 full bath home sleeps 12 - 15 with an additional detached garage with recreational area of appx. 425 square feet with pool, air hockey, and foosball, Everything your children are looking for. Two master bedrooms (one on each floor) and one has a large soaking tub for a relaxing evening after being out on the lake all day. The home features a large 30 x 25 deck that overlooks the lake with a large gas grill for fun evenings with family and friends. A perfect place for an evening sunset or a cup of coffee watching the sun come up. This secluded point lot boasts 2 acres of privacy perfect for family vacations or reunions.
