"Im surprised VRBO allows this company on its site. 36 hours(ish) before check-in you'll be hit you with a overly-demanding check-in process and rule book that includes re-registering via a confusing app, uploading your photo, passport, credit card etc. Rules include separating and putting out all garbage, cleaning and putting away dishes etc. All automated—forget speaking with a human, Dont charge hotel prices if you dont provide hotel service."

"Cabin is nice and clean, comes with well and full equipped kitchen. Easy check-in with email sent by 1500hrs sharp. As it is winter during our visit, many shops and restaurants weren’t open for business. So getting food from restaurants was almost impossible. But overall we had a good time chilling in the cabin, overlooking Lake Shirakaba. "

"ロケーションやもともとの建物は悪くないが、建物が古くなっているせいか、ペットのアンモニア臭が染みついてかなり臭い。トイレの匂いもするし、虫が半端なくいる。 食事を予約するホテルの予約センターも沢山の施設を統合しているせいか、電話がかかりにくく、電話に出る女性の対応もよろしくない。経営方法を考えた方がよいと思う。"

"今回で4回目です。犬連れには最高の環境です。星空も綺麗です。キッチンやお皿などを一通りあるため、ツルヤで食材を買い込んで、ゆっくり好きなように時間を過ごすのに最適。調味料類は以前は備え付けられてましたが、今はリクエストで用意してもらえます。ゴルフ場も犬連れOKなので貴重な施設だと思います。"

It felt like a homestay. The room was clean, large and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and homemade. 10/10"
