You will find a 3-room house with a total area of 50 square meters and a west-facing position. The simple furnishings include a living/dining room equipped with a panoramic window and a flat-screen TV, heated by gas. There are two bedrooms, one with two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long) and gas heating, while the other has a single French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long) with gas heating as well.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, also heated by gas. The property features a shower and a separate toilet. Gas heating is available throughout the unit. Outside, there is a 30-square-meter terrace with both south and west-facing positions, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue.
