"The room itself was terrific. Large, great for long stays as it had a full kitchen and washing machine. No AC but that seems to be quite common in the UK. The check in process was terrible. The office closes at some point (which wasn’t included on the listing) so we stood there for a long time with our luggage. We tried calling ‘emergency numbers’ with no answer.
