"We stayed in the cottage, in room B. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on The temperature in the room stayed nice and cool, especially during the hot July weather. You can tell a lot of care went into making guests feel comfortable. For breakfast we were given a voucher to Charles Cafeteria. The food there was great and the staff was real friendly."

"Had trouble checking in. Original room the bed wasn't made and the cabinets were in the middle of the room. Assigned another room, but only had 1 bed instead of 2. Third room was OK. When we checked out and got 50 miles away, wife couldn't find her purse. Called the hotel and they searched the room and found it in the drawer and called me back. We were back and got it 👍. Really appreciate it and the kindness shown 🙏."

"Room was roomy but there was something that stain the sofa and it was also on the wall. ..and why would take the cable cord a loose????also the floors in the hallway was was dirty my whole stay.. There is a bigger and bigger stain on floor 3 Please clean the carpet it needs it very bad Mangers of this property walk your floors daily it's not that much and take care of the issue in a timely manner other wise check the corner of the rooms very dirty...I just think this is beautiful hotel.. Please...
