"Everything was working properly except that the faucet left water on bathroom countertop—the handicap room was helpful to us, but the carpet was in very bad shape, the room had a bad odor, and there were no trash cans in the room. We’ve been away from home for a month, and this was our most disappointing experience. I doubt very much that we’ll ever stay here again."
