"Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Was the perfect space for our short stay in town for a wedding. Thanks very much to the hosts!"

"The house is very spacious for our large family. Also, they have some game for our family for some entertainment. There are plenty of towel for us. All bed is nice, the shower water pressure its a bit light. Overall, our family enjoy our time at this family ranch house. Our host serena is very considerate for our update of our groups few days before our stay. Our host very great with communication"

"The place was great for our stay to visit the Precious Moments Chapel. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. It’s conveniently located one block from the convenience store, grocery store, Dollar General and Scooters. My little suggestion would be to have a mirror in each bedroom. We had three women getting ready and only one bathroom having the only mirror in the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if we make any more trips to Carthage!"

"We loved staying here"

"Had a great time celebrating my baby girls birthday"

"I liked the location-1/2 block off the square. Safe, quiet, good parking availability. We walked to a good bar and grille for dinner. Decor was cute, or as we in the family call it, artsy fartsy. The entry stairs are very scary for the 70 group carrying bags upstairs. And for some reason the a/c didn’t seem to be up to par in the middle of the night. But, a table fan was provided. Other parts of the day it’s fine. The wooden bed side rails are hard for little old ladies to negotiate...

"Beautiful property and wonderful host. Everything was clean and well stocked. Quiet and peaceful surroundings especially at night in the hot tub. Highly recommend!"

"We had an amazing stay, the house was beautiful and very clean. Only mins from where we were visiting. Great communication with the owners, they are very sweet and helpful with any questions. 10/10 would rent again"

"This house was perfect for our family visit to the Springfield area. The host let us know everything we needed to, and responded quickly to any questions we had."

"Excellent! A real gem!"
