"The pool was closed half of our stay. Ice machines were broken. Asked to have our room cleaned and fresh towels brought to our room-never happened. Called again and asked for towels to be brought up, they said I could come to front desk and get them, but they weren’t bringing them up. Went to get towels and asked why room wasn’t cleaned and towels brought up and I was actually told that if I didn’t like it, I could stay somewhere else! I couldn’t believe my ears! Terrible place to stay!"

"They wasted 1:30 hours of my time as i went back and forth with them and expedia (who I give 1 star for customer service) before finally giving me a room. I have a service dog and they refused to allow me access with him because they said they had no more pet rooms. I explained, as they should have known, that a service dog is not a pet by Federal Law, but it took a ridiculous amount of time before they finally granted me a room. It was midnight and my other options were non-existent. I called...
