"Upon arrival the house was not clean. We had just arrived from an overnight flight and needed to spend an hour cleaning. There was urine all over the toilet seat in the main floor bathroom, sinks were dirty in bathrooms and kitchen, counter top was filthy, microwave top was dusty, there were dead bugs on floors and live wasps in the house.
