"Great place, comfortable, kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you'll need. Big yard with clover, deer come around at night. Big deck with a great view of the river or the stars/meteors at night. River is beautiful, lots of amazing springs nearby, and Rocky Falls is an excellent place to swim.There are a few nails sticking up on the deck, including on the stairs coming up. No biggie, but you'll want to be careful walking barefooted until those are fixed.And there's a surprisingly large grocery store in Van Buren if you run out of food like we did, haha. They're open relatively late too."

"Where can you find a better get away? Sipping a cool drink while listening to the hoot of a nearby owl is not often found. Morning coffee with the morning fog in the valley is unheard of in August. A truly great place to kick back and unwind. Great hosts, clean and well furnished, and a comfortable cozy bed. Recommend"

"Thee property was close to everything we needed. It was quiet. There were games, that we took advantage of. There were also snacks, a pleasant surprise. The cottage was ready early and Megan let us know early in the day. Although we still.arrived after 4. It was a perfect setting for the weekend. We enjoyed having coffee with the chickens and dogs."
