"Great location! Very nice hotel and staff."

"The location was fantastic; beach just across the street. Nice lobby & pool, rooms a little dated. Our first room faced an alley way & parking garage which wasn’t ideal but also had a partial ocean view which was nice then upgraded to a better room a few days with window facing ocean and lanai partial ocean view. Can’t say enough about the attentive & friendly staff. The cost was more reasonable than many other hotels in the area."

"Staff was supper friendly and helpful."

"The beach is great. Very quiet and better than some other places we visited in Waikiki. Staff were always nice and helpful. Maid service, desk staff and valet were outstanding. The amenities were somewhat frustrating. As an example, your resort fee pays for beach chairs but they always seemed to be out. Other amenities were inconsistent as well."
