"Room was FILTHY. No smoke alarm. Room did not have a working phone or TV. WiFi wouldnā€™t work. Food from someone else left in the fridge in the room. We couldnā€™t even take our shoes off. Our daughter did and her feet were black from the floor. No hot water in the sink. It was TERRIBLE."

"This place is a 10 out of 10 highly do not recommend! There were stains on the pullout couch. The sheets were dirty. They didnā€™t give extra blankets pillows or sheets for the pullout bed. I had to go downstairs and ask for some and when I went downstairs to ask for some all they handed me were sheets. ..."
