Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Game Room - Have fun with the ones you love!

Book your next vacation in small town USA! We know you'll love everything about this 1940's home that's been renovated to give you a great vacation. Cozy up with a cup of coffee inside, or on the large outdoor patio, poolside.
There's a great coffee shop within walking distance, but if you prefer to stay in, our kitchen is well stocked and perfect for making your own meals during your vacation. A sliding door allows access to pool area from the kitchen. Coffee maker is provided that does a full pot or individual servings.
Bedroom 1 is a bright, sunny room with a king size bed complete with Lucid mattress that has great reviews online as well as from my previous guests! Full sized closet and dresser make this room seem like home.
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, again with a Lucid mattress. This room also has a bunk bed with pull out trundle and nice sized closet.
Living room is furnished with leather Poly & Bark sofas and two occasional chairs. Plenty of blankets to cozy up with while you chat with friends and family or watch a movie together. The living room TV is a 55" Roku.
Outside there is even MORE to capture your attention. The large 18'x36' heated pool is equipped with a diving board AND slide. Pool is 8 1/2' deep.

May 15 -June 15 heated to 82°
June 15-Aug 15 no heat
Aug 15- Sept 15 heated to 82°
Sept 15-Oct 15 heated to 88°

You will have hours of fun spending time together in this beautiful space. A charcoal grill is provided, please bring your own charcoal.
Large hot tub is located near the pool and seats 7 comfortably. Hot tub will be available Aug-May.
The game room is adjacent to the pool and has games such as ping pong, air hockey and foosball. The game room also boasts a 60" Roku TV and lounge area for hanging out with your buddies.
The back yard is large and slopes down to the beautiful Turkey Creek. Spend time watch the creek flow and the nature that surrounds it.
There is plenty of room for parking in front of the garage. Even if you bring a boat for boating on nearby lakes, there's room for that!
Hot tub is closed during the hottest months of the year.
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. No extra guests without written permission.
**There are three outdoor security cameras actively recording video and audio-located outside the front and back doors and near game room door. These are just for home safety purposes because we don't live on site.
