    Located within a charming panoramic complex in Milazzo, surrounded by greenery and set in one of the city's most captivating areas, the apartment offers comfort, relaxation, and beautiful views of the sea and the Sicilian landscape.

    The property can accommodate up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering comfortable spaces ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

    The complex also offers several facilities dedicated to sports and relaxation, some of which are visible in the listing photos.

    IMPORTANT – POOLS AND FACILITIES WITHIN THE COMPLEX

    The panoramic pool, visible from the apartment and located on the right-hand side of the photo, offers beautiful sea views and is part of the complex's private facilities. However, it is not accessible to guests staying at the apartment. The large pool located in the lower-left part of the photo, on the other hand, is independently managed and can be accessed for an additional fee, subject to availability, opening periods, operating hours, and the terms and conditions established by its operator, Eolian Milazzo Hotel.

    The complex also features a tennis court and a five-a-side football pitch, both of which are subject to separate management and specific conditions of use.

Luca's flat is truly outstanding. Beautifully decorated, bright, spacious and well equipped (including a treadmill!). It was spotlessly clean and provided cleaning matrrials so we could keep it that way. Excellent wifi connection and smart TV made resting times more pleasant, and the air con in all rooms was super appreciated, given the humid heat outside.. The view on the gulf of milazzo from the main window is a huge bonus. The swimming pool is only a few steps away, relatively cheap (in july), large, clean, and with a well proportioned shallow end, perfect for kids who are not yet proficient swimmers. Communication very easy with both host and agency in charge of the rental. We had a small issue with the boiler that Luca fixed first thing in the morning. Ponente beach potentially at walking distance, depending on fitness levels, but the levante side is very close. The flat is inside agated community, next to the Eolian a hotel, so feels extremely safe. I would definitely recommend and if I'm in milazzo next summer, I would go back.

Lekker ruim appartement, goede airco ook in de twee slaapkamers. Prachtig uitzicht, eigen P plaats, afgesloten terrein met slagbomen. Goede matrassen. Milazzo is een mooie plaats met diverse bezienswaardigheden, zoals het kasteel en Capo Milazzo met uitzicht op de Eolische eilanden. Er is een haven en een brede boulevard om rustig te wandelen. Genoeg restaurants/pizzeria's. Onze favo pizzeria is DoppioZero. Wij hebben bijna geen buitenlandse toeristen gezien. Alleen Italiaans gehoord, en dat is een mooie taal. Wat mij wel van het hart moet is dat de bediening (horeca/supermarkt) nergens echt erg vriendelijk of attent was. Alsjeblieft en dankjewel zijn een zeldzaamheid. Ook het feit dat ik voldoende Italliaans spreek maakte geen verschil schijnbaar. Dat kan een stuk beter om de vakantievreugde te vergroten. Maar dat zit misschien niet zo in de aard van het beestje op Sicilie. Tip: Huur een (kleine) boot voor je familie met kapitein. Dan een mooie tocht langs de kust van Milazzo en laat de kapitein je alles vertellen over de omgeving en de zee. Ook even lekker snorkelen, want het water is overal prachtig helder blauiw, geen vuilnis etc. Een fantastische ervaring.

Luca e’ un ottimo padrone di casa sempre a disposizione per ogni richiesta. La casa è bellissima in un complesso residenziale con tanti servizi (piscina campo da tennis e calcetto). La casa ha un parcheggio privato gratuito. Milazzo è molto carino come paesino con delle belle spiagge a due passi. Le Eolie sono di fronte con aliscafo in un ora sei lì. Il prossimo anno torneremo!
