"Nice place, very spacious and clean. Local transportation all very close.Central Milan station 8min taxi ride, less than 20min walk.My only suggestion is to make potential rentors aware that check-in process can be a bit complicated. I expect elderly couple may have difficult time going to open key box and understand all the steps needed.Video instructions on how to check-in is exceptional, but again not going to be the same for everyone. Also should mention, no elevator, must walk appx 25...

The check-in is done by email.The second room is the basement: Is this considered to be a room??The bed size is incorrectly marketed. They are not King size beds.The outdoor patio is dirty and not aesthetically maintained.The place has a damp smell."

Hingegen der Beschreibung gab es keinen Fernseher und kein Warmwasser(zumindest nicht so wie es uns erklärt wurde) ...absolut unterirdische Verhältnisse. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Die Betten waren wie in einer Jugendherberge sehr unbequem und viel zu klein für ausgewachsene Menschen. Es gab keine Küche und auch keinen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. "Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. In addition to this, the place was dirty, had hair everywhere, the toilet leak so the bathroom smelled like urine and...

"A very good location and neighborhood with many dining and drinking options nearby. The only drawback was that the staircase to the bedroom is metal and rough on bare feet…bring some slippers!"
