The spacious, extremely comfortable corner sofa invites you to relax completely: whether you’re watching a movie on the smart TV, reading a good book, or simply chatting with friends, it’s the perfect space to spend time together.<br><br>Adjacent to the living room, an elegant glass table adds an extra touch of sophistication: perfect for a more formal dinner, a family lunch, or even as a quiet space for remote work.<br><br>The apartment offers up to six comfortable sleeping spots, arranged with careful attention to the intimacy and functionality of the spaces.<br><br>The master bedroom is spacious and relaxing, furnished with understated taste and neutral tones—ideal for recharging at the end of the day.<br><br>The second bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children, teenagers, or guests, with plenty of space to move around and unpack.<br><br>But that’s not all. In accordance with Italian rental law, we are required to request copies of identification documents to register guests with the Public Safety Authority.<br><br>A request must always be submitted for stays longer than 30 days. If your application is accepted, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax identification number. A payment of 100 euros + VAT is required to register the contract if you have a tax identification number; otherwise, the fee is 150 euros + VAT. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit of 500 euros is also required.<br><br>************************<br><br>HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING<br><br>In Milan, the heating season is set by the City and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours per day, between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.<br><br>The maximum permitted temperature is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C.<br><br>Air conditioning, on the other hand, may be used from June 1 through September 30, depending on the outside temperature.
