The room and bathroom were clean. We loved the location of Green Ribbon. It was close to a big supermarket and there were several food options in the area. It’s also close to tram, bus, and metro stations.
Checking in and out was simple- instructions sent were easy to follow.
Nice quiet area close to metro station and just opposite a large supermarket which was very handy.
Apartment was spacious and well equipped.
We had a fantastic experience at Green Ribbon. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the metro and a supermarket, making everything so convenient. The area is lovely and felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood!
We had a great stay. Condo was very clean and cozy. Ideally located. Nice supermarket right on the corner beside the place as well as a good Bar (caffè & sandwiches) for morning espresso or evening snack/food runs. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere.. if you’re okay with walking longer distances (30-60 min). We also slept well here.. the pullout sofa bed was better than I expected, and probably one of the better places I slept over all the places we stayed across Europe. Would definitely stay here again! It was very nice and clean. The self check in was easy handled by my 12 year old. Everything in the apartment worked very well. Enough towels, cutlery. It’s also sound proof so you re not bothered by noise from the streets.

Excellent choice for the independent traveler who does not need a lot of hand-holding. You must email your ID two days before your arrival. The will then send you the code to access the building and your room keys. The is a very small one-person elevator. The building is old, but well maintained, and the room was very nicely updated. Air conditioning is very powerful and quiet. TV worked fine, with lots of channels, but only a few in English (BBC News, Al Jazeera, NHK World). I could not get the English subtitles to work, but that was the case at most other hotels where I stayed. Just had to rely on my tablet to get my MSNBC fix. Internet was fast. Rain shower was great with lots of hot water. Never heard a sound the two days I was there, except the clearer who came around 11am. I freaked a little the first time I tried to leave the room. The door knob to the stairwell needed to be turned three times before it opened. You will hear the three locks engage when it closes (made me feel very secure). I noticed there were also Red and White Ribbon hotels nearby. I was impressed by their operation.
Check in was not a pleasant experience as the information was not send to us in advance. Thas was due to miscommunication between Expedia and Hotels.com. The actual stay at green ribbon was in order.
Nobody told us that we will have a street market in front of the property on Saturday morning and we almost lost our train because no taxi was able to pick up us. The fact that they leave an envelop to collect city taxes was absolutely unexpected. You should know all the charges since the beginning.
It should be possible to contact administration even after 22:00 CET in case the train och plain is delayed and one would arrive late. Atleast extended to 24:00 CET would be appreciated.
Trash can where not full with trash from previous guests and should have been removed to avoid contamination.

Firstable the lady in the reception was helpful and happy.
The service on WhatsApp was great, should soecify because of market on saturdays don’t park the car on the street, instead of be careful saturdays with parking.
I asked for soap to wash hands and there was nothing and didn’t got anything.
The radiator didn’t work
Not hot water for long when u go shower
The floor is ceramic or stone so it’s bloody cold.
They didn’t change sheets or anything the 3 days we were staying.
Location is ok, but would definitely not choose this place again
First of all, it's not a hotel, it's an apartment rented through Airbnb.
Second, the service is very bad and you can't contact anyone to solve your problems, which is exactly what happened to me.
I traveled with my family and when I arrived at the place, I called them to get the passcode to enter the building, but no one answered, so I stayed in the street for about an hour with my family and kids, calling them and knocking on the door, but no one answered.
I had to look for a new hotel, which is another problem because most of the hotels are not available and the ones that are available are very expensive.
Of course, the taxi driver who was with me tried to help and find an alternative hotel, but it was difficult.
When I finally found another hotel, I decided to contact them again in the morning to ask for a refund, but unfortunately, no one answered again until after many calls.
When the person answered, I found that he didn't speak English, so I decided to go to the hotel.
When I arrived, the mini door was locked, so I called him again.
He answered and kept repeating that he would send the address on WhatsApp!!
I told him that I was in front of the building and just wanted the passcode to enter, but nothing.
In the end, I had to cancel everything through Hotels.com!!
Very bad experience.

The hotel presents well in pictures and offers good value for money, but in reality it is not a proper hotel experience.
The rooms are cheaply built, and the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The room service was particularly disappointing:
The table had been partially flipped, with personal items spread on the floor, and the cleaning staff didn’t bother putting it back in place.
The toilet seat had visible stains and had clearly not been cleaned.
The bed looked as if it had been made in a rush, not professionally prepared.
Water bottles and basic amenities were not replaced.
A bit more care and attention to detail wouldn’t cost much, yet it would make a world of difference in how customers perceive their stay.
