Located on the first floor (no elevator) of a modern building.<br><br>Numerous restaurants and trendy nightspots set the scene for the apartment’s location in the Risorgimento neighborhood.<br><br>Essential supplies, bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi are provided.<br><br>The apartment is equipped with air conditioning<br><br>The apartment features a living/kitchen area that opens onto a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a bathroom with a window and shower. The apartment is suitable for up to 2 people. <br><br>The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking: an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine.<br><br>The apartment also has a washing machine.<br><br>Upon your arrival, we’ll hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.<br><br>At check-in, you’ll be asked to present your ID for registration purposes. <br><br>You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the City of Milan)<br><br>For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed, and you must have an Italian tax ID number.<br><br>We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time upon prior arrangement at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m.<br><br>During your stay, we will always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information regarding your stay in Milan.<br><br>Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, you must make arrangements regarding your check-in time.
