Welcome to Brisa del Mar Riviera, a green oasis tucked away in a quiet residence at the heart of Riviera del Sol (Mijas Costa), ideally located between Malaga and Marbella for easy access to all the Costa del Sol has to offer.

The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the R11 Padel & Tennis club, a 4-minute walk from the supermarkets and 7 minutes from the wonderful Riviera Beach and Max Beach Club.

THE APARTMENT
Spacious and well laid out, the apartment has 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in the first, 1 double bed in the second) and 1.5 bathrooms. It sleeps up to 4 guests and offers all modern comforts: air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, dedicated workspace, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a cot is available.

The open kitchen, with an American-style bar for a more social feel, is fully equipped: oven, grill, microwave, fridge-freezer and blender. For breakfast, you will find a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster. The cupboards are stocked with the essentials (salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, as well as spices and condiments) so you can cook real homemade meals if you wish.

You can enjoy your meals at the dining table or on the terrace, which faces south while being sheltered from direct sun, ideal all year round. Very private, it offers an exceptional view over the pool and even a sea view. The apartment has direct access to the residence's pool and gardens.

ACCESS
The residence is entered from the street via a digital keypad; the code will be sent to you before your arrival. A few steps lead down to the front door, fitted with a very easy-to-use electronic lock; its code will also be provided and will remain valid for your entire stay. If needed, a trusted contact can come to the property.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Riviera del Sol has it all. Right next to the apartment is an excellent tennis and padel club, R11, with a modern gym, a courtside bar and an evening lounge with a swimming pool. Two supermarkets (including a large one) are only 350 m away, a 4-minute walk, along with a small shopping centre with a pharmacy, cafés, restaurants and other services.

GETTING AROUND
On holiday, having everything nearby is key, and that is the case here: everything is on your doorstep. A car is not essential: there is a taxi rank right next to the supermarket, as well as a bus stop for Malaga or Marbella, with frequent and reliable services. Free parking in the residence and on the street.
