Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 194 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Migron, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 80 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 4,000 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The home is composed as follows:
- An 80 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied) overlooking the garden and pool.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Siemens steam oven, Ninja Air Fryer Max...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), large dressing room and bathroom
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200) with shower room and toilet
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with shower room and wc
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) with shower room and wc
- Separate WC

Additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 12 m² swimming pool (private, unheated: from May 15 to October).
- A beautiful 4,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Migron, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

A very restful week. The house was very well equipped and ideally located to visit local attractions. The sheep in the farm opposite were very amusing and gave us quizzical looks every time we passed.

All very clean and in good order. The layout was perfect for us as two couples and plenty of room for eight. Just what we expected and as it was on the website. Easy to make contact with the Owner and the Manager. Even the weather was better than was forecast, mid twenties most days, and the odd storm at night did not bother us at all. Overall a good holiday

Despite being told of our exact arrival time, the caretaker didn't turn up, which started a trend.Kitchen freezer left with door ajar, so that had to be defrosted.The garage freezer had been switched off and left with the door closed, it was full of water, with mould in the drawers.A lot of the crockery was chipped, and cutlery replaced with very cheap items, no plastic glasses for the pool.The main bedroom is supposed to have a dressing room.This was locked, and instead you get a supermarket clothes rail on wheels.The nice white outside furniture, wasn't there. You get an old worn garden table and chairs.No gas bbq for dinner? Contact the caretaker, and a filthy one is brought out of a shed.Looked like it had never been cleaned.The pool and gardens look lovely, but there are loose tiles when entering the pool which makes it very dangerous. The seating area at the end of the pool was overgrown, the decking dangerous and more old worn chairs.The pool we were told, was cleaned on Wed. In practice, it was done on anyday, often at 0530, which is not great if your bedroom is by the pool. Basically, the caretaker turned up and wandered around at any time, with no notice, which is unacceptable, especially with children and dogs. Also the gates don't close properly.A very tired old villa, badly maintained.No cleaning or linen change offered during our 4 week stay.Finally, take note of and photograph any damage, or you will be charged for it when you get home!

Nous avons aussi bien apprécié le grand frigo et le grand congélateur dans le garage. Tout était propre. Dommage que la maison ne soit pas assez entretenue (problèmes avec les robinets - pas assez d’écoulement ou mal fixé - tables et chaises extérieurs en bois un peu vétuste, problème de congélateur à la cuisine, joint dans la salle de bain). De plus une trappe en bois près de la piscine devrait être refaite car le bois craque quand on marche dessus."

Nous avons aussi bien apprécié le grand frigo et le grand congélateur dans le garage. Tout était propre. Villa Migron "Das Haus entspricht optisch den Fotos. Leider wurde im Inserat nicht klar ersichtlich angezeigt, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitgebracht werden müssen. Und dann hat es zusätzlich 110 Euro gekostet. Das ist nicht dem Aufwand entsprechend. Wer nimmt schon für 5 Personen dies mit. Dann hat die Dusche nur in einem Zimmer funktioniert-obwohl steht dass jedes Zimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt. Und es gab deswegen keinen Rabatt. Auch konnte in einem Zimmer das Fenster nicht ganz geschlossen werden sodass die kalte Luft Tag und Nacht hereinkam (es war in der Nacht Minustemperatur). In drr Küche war es auch immer kalt (17 Grad) - also im Winter nicht zu empfehlen-im Sommer müssten dringend Fliegengitter montiert werden."
