"This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return."

"Beautiful house and property! We stayed during the July 4th heat dome, and the AC did have some trouble keeping up, especially upstairs. "Secluded camping. Great 🔥! Good location"

"Adorable cottage in a peaceful setting with everything you need to relax and unwind. My husband and I decided to take a few days away to hike and enjoy the outdoors. The location of this cottage was close to several parks and restaurants. The cottage has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting. We enjoyed a fire, a nice walk through the 3 acre property, relaxing soaks in the hot tub and football on the TV. The owners had a huge library of DVDs, magazines/books and games. You...

"The best host! The place was so cool!!"

"We had a wonderful time at the schoolhouse! Everything was as described and our family enjoyed a relaxing, but fun weekend. The building was stocked with all the things that one might need. We enjoyed the time we spent in the schoolhouse and our visit to Mohican State Park, which is also beautiful. I highly recommend staying at this unique property. Thank you Garrett for making everything go so smoothly and for maintaining such a lovely historic property."

"Property is as advertised. Not a big place, but very adequate. Couple of minor cleaning issues, but nothing major. Would for sure stay again."
