"Spacious and efficient. Appreciated the free laundry! Since their is no front desk, communication was a little challenging- emails & texts weren’t answered immediately like walking to a front desk. Suite was spacious & well equipped except no drawers or shelves for storing clothing. Small hanging area for clothes."

"Lovely hotel where every attention to detail has been paid. Great breakfast, safe parking and the use of 2 mountain bikes made this hotel ideal for us. The location was quiet so not so handy for the centre of Llanes and restaurants and bars"

"The Picos de Europa Suites and Rooms are a few minutes drive from Potes. Our suite was spacious and comfortable although the hot weather meant that we didn’t feel like using the whirlpool bath. We didn’t take the breakfast option but drove into Potes. Laura gave us a list of restaurant recommendations and the two which we used were very good. She also gave us ideas for places to go sightseeing and hiking. She and her colleague were very friendly and helpful. There is a nice garden to sit and enjoy the fantastic scenery."

"Very peaceful sanctuary with incredibly attentive and helpful staff. The evening dinner while expensive was absolutely amazing! For us it was “WOW” food and plentiful. Actually the two of us could have shared one meal and walked away full! We ate breakfast there all 3 days and don’t regret it. Very convenient and fresh, locally sourced food."

"Me gustó el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baño. El personal nos recibió muy bien. Pero…. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de más huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y nadie del personal llegó. En fin, no dormimos ni con tapones en los oídos."

"Las Arenas proved to be the ideal location for us to explore Picos de Europa National Park. This hotel is also great for leaving the car parked and walking into the village for an evening meal and a drink at the end of the day. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel and a little cafe 2 minutes down the road for our breakfast. Very pleased with our stay, we made a good choice."
