    Apartment located in a quiet residential area. It is distributed in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a toilet and a large terrace with sea views where you can enjoy sunny days.

    The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Cantabria where you can enjoy sunny days, as it is less than 10 minutes walk from Usgo beach and a few minutes from the other beaches in the area. In addition, Santander is only 15 minutes away by car.

    In addition, in the area we can find all the services that are required for day to day life (grocery stores, pharmacies, entertainment venues, bank branches, small shops...).The beaches are very close to the apartment:
