There was piles and piles of dog poo on the front area of the hotel facility outside. I believe people live in the hotel with their pets and don’t clean up after them. It’s not a pretty sight and not welcoming to a visitor. "

"I stayed here after nearly all flights out of Chicago were canceled, so I'm sure it was an unexpectedly busy night. But everyone at the hotel--front desk, maintenance, and shuttle drivers--was patient, kind, and helpful. It made a frustrating day and night much easier to handle."
