"Staff was great there was two places for many refrigerators in the rooms, but no mini refrigerators and just a little dated, but everything was comfortable and nice"

"Elevators didnt work. Staff was unbothered by it. If you drive a pickup truck it is likely your truck will not fit in parking garage. I had to valet which was $75 per day. Rooms had empty water bottles from previous stay. Door would not lock on our room."

"Vallet people lost our keys left them in someone else car and can’t do nothing about it front desk not being helpful at all they’re all saying one thing than another I would like a compensation for all the inconvenience and we still don’t have our keys!"

"The room I received had stains in the carpet as well as the sofa and rips all over the desk chair. Scratches all over the desk, side tables. Assistant manager came to room took pictures to send to his manager. I was given a suite (which did not offer the double beds but a sofa bed and king bed) this was for two night with my son as he was moving out of a dorm. The suite offered no hot water in the shower and frankly I was so grossed out from the wear and tear of the rooms. I tried to get a room at several other hotels but most were sold out for the evenings I needed. You might think getting a suit was better but it was not. It did not accommodate my travel needs. I will not be staying here again."
