"A very nice comfortable flat as a base for joining our family celebrations nearby. The stairs would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues and this should probably be mentioned in the description. Having said that we managed fine with some extra care and the bedroom on the same floor as the bathroom was useful. We had everything we needed and Peter was great to communicate with. Would happily stay again."

"Really good location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, 10 minute walk into the centre. 3 bedrooms, with 4 double beds. Comfortable and plenty of towels etc. Spent 3 days here and all in all was great for the price."

"It was comfortable and well equipped. It was generally clean but not deep cleaned. Example: the shower drained slowly and the drain not cleaned properly; kitchen washing up brushes needed replacing; the outside of the windows were not clean. Location ideal for Holyrood park and the Royal mile. Kitchen was well equipped for self catering. Area was quiet and no noise from the apartment block which was a small block. The apartment is opposite the railway line which wasn't a problem for us but maybe...
