Villas in Middle Caicos

"Absolutely sensational. This is by far one of the finest homes in Sandy Point, perfectly positioned on what is truly the best stretch of beach. The beachfront here is second to none—no rocks or turtle grass, pristine, and crystal clear—making it the highlight of the entire shoreline. The villa itself is spacious and tastefully appointed with a sophisticated Caribbean/Tommy Bahama vibe. You can immediately tell this is a high-quality build that the owners take great pride in. The home was well appointed with all the amenities guests would need for a great stay. The infinity pool was a relaxing way to cool off. The grounds were well maintained, picture perfect really, with well planned lighting, palm trees and beautiful flowering bushes. The ocean kayaks were a wonderful amenity. I kayaked daily and saw numerous turtles, stingrays, conchs, various fish and starfish. The villa manager was gracious and thoughtful, as were the owners themselves. I can’t say enough good things about this villa (it truly is a beautiful beach front home) or these incredible islands. I’m already looking forward to returning! "

"I took 8 best friends with me for one week and had the most amazing experience. The house was unbelievable. We had the whole beach to ourselves for a week. We ordered jet skis for one day and the staff helped organize so they were brought right to our beach. I cannot thank the staff enough for being available for us S well as organizing excursions. The pictures do not do the house justice. It was breathtaking, well kept, and everything one could want for a spectacular 50th birthday. I will be coming back with my family again. The location is one of a kind, but the house makes it all worth it. I still can’t believe the experience we had for that one week. Thank you Dave and team for making my 50th memorable and absolutely amazing . "

"This is a great place to stay if you want some privacy and a nice quiet area to be in. It was also fairly well located. We didn’t have an extremely long drive anywhere maybe an hour or so to the farthest place. We enjoyed middle Caicos also the swimming pool was wonderful to have in the entire location private enough for all natural tanning if that’s what you want they provided a bag of ice, which is quite helpful and nice to have on premises and there was also a propane fueled gas grill on the patio, which we used nice lounge chairs on the patio patio outback with a beautiful view over the ocean. We were there for about a week and so maybe five people on the beach the entire week. "

"This was our long overdue return visit to Middle Caicos. The cottage remains top notch with prompt attention from property manager and all that is needed to accommodate our stay. We enjoyed local cuisine as well as grilling out after our relaxing days. Clean, neat, tidy and beautiful are only a few adjectives to describe Bambarra Beach Cottage. "

"My wife and I decided to rent Whitby White House for our 20th wedding anniversary trip. We were very pleased with this rental. The inside of the villa and the exterior steps, porches, etc. were all immaculately clean! All the necessities worked well! The WIFI was super fast! Mac, who is the on island point of contact, was very friendly, helpful, and informative. The owners quickly responded to messages via the VRBO app/website. We definitely will book this villa again in the future!"

"The villa was very private. Big comfy bed overlooking the Atlantic with a private pool. My wife and I enjoyed every second while there. The cove had the most beautiful beach and water we’ve ever seen. We enjoyed kayaking the shallow crystal clear waters and through the mangroves. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the Great House. The cove had simple food with a fancy flare. Dinners were very fancy with great variety and impeccable taste, the dessert as well!! Sailrock was exactly what we were looking for!!"
