Studio located on the ground floor.  There is a cosy living room (sofa bed for 2 persons and closet bed for 2 persons) opening onto the spacious terrace with sea view, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a renovated bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.  Wifi: no - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
