The open, fully equipped kitchen provides all the conveniences, and the renovated bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet for a comfortable and relaxing stay. C'est la deuxiĂšme fois que nous louons cette appartement. L'atout principal : la vue sur mer ! Petit mais fonctionnel (parfait pour 2 personnes), sdb moderne, et literie super confortable (ce n'est pas notĂ©, mais info intĂ©ressante pour les draps, ce sont 2 matelas 1 personne). À savoir Ă©galement, la chambre n'est pas une vraie chambre, elle se trouve dans le hall d'entrĂ©e (pas de fenĂȘtre), mais une porte la sĂ©pare de la piĂšce principale. Du coup, il fait vite chaud (l'Ă©tĂ© c'est p-e un souci). Autre petit point nĂ©gatif, le canapĂ© qui n'est pas du tout confortable. L'immeuble n'est pas rĂ©cent, donc l'isolation phonique n'est pas au top, on ne s'en est rendu compte qu'Ă  l'arrivĂ©e des voisins du dessus... Sinon, c'est plutĂŽt calme. Dernier point positif, le mĂ©nage inclus dans le prix, et la possibilitĂ© de venir avec son chien.
