"Just got back from our 2nd trip to this amazing resort. We love the convenience of the location. This resort has everything that you could want in a family resort. Ideally there are various pool locations and you are not spoiled for choice in getting a spot for sun or shade at any of the pools. It is a large resort but easy walking between pool locations. We especially loved the lazy river. We didn't venture to the slides but I'm sure they would be a blast. They have so much to do for the kids, i.e. Cocoland, Paint Ball, Tennis, Tours etc. just to name a few. The staff are amazing in all areas of the resort. The rooms are nicely appointed. We stayed in the Harmony area (adult only) this trip, but we were in the Splash area the last time, which is more kid friendly with King Bed an Trundle Bed for the kids. Rooms are immaculate. The food is outstanding. We made reservations at the resort restaurants' the first time out but this time decided to only do a couple nights and enjoy the Country/Western and Caribbean Nights on the pool deck, and the Buffet Restaurant which has more choices than you can eat. Greet Food and Great entertainment. I can't say enough about this resort and would recommend it to anyone that wants a great worry free vacation, with tour choices, quiet areas and entertainment, whatever you are in the mood for."

"I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say the bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The food was another major letdown—bland, overly salted, and generally uninspired across the board. It felt like very little thought or care went into the dining experience. Lastly, the events and entertainment felt poorly executed—more childish than engaging, and overall thrown together without much attention to quality. For the price, I expected a much higher level of service and overall experience. I left feeling very unsatisfied—especially after a manager argued with me when I tried to provide feedback, which only added to the disappointment. Overall, this was not the level of experience I expected, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Amazing vacation. We loved everything about it. The butlers Ophelia and Kirby were both excellent. Most of the rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating. The Landings itself has been very well maintained and updated, and the food is high quality, and service top notch. We stayed in a 3 bedroom on the beachfront with plunge pool, and did the all -inclusive for our family of 6 as well (4 kids 13 and under). We definitely thought it was all worth it. Highly recommend.
