"We arrived August 14, 2026. We were assigned a room, we went up to our room and it was dirty. Came back downstairs the lady at the desk said that they were sold out. There were no available rooms. She was there by herself housekeeping had left and she would have to clean the room herself. I suggested she talk to a manager and possibly give us a room that was ready for someone who has not arrived yet. That’s exactly what she did. She was very apologetic and very helpful. I appreciated that we were giving a new room quickly. The room we were given was fantastic. A huge suite that was modern clean and beyond our expectations. It was room 222. I appreciated how helpful she was in a very stressful and unfortunate situation."

"The condo itself was nice enough, and the balcony was a great. The beach and views were awesome. Host communication was very good. The only downside for us was that it wasn’t particularly dog-friendly, as there were no grassy areas nearby for dogs."
