"Front desk staff are careless. I requested for a wheelchair mutiple times and wife had to walk a long distance to the room even after explaining to them about her surgery. Our cleaning lady Rosa, was amazing and very attentive. The breakfast was okay, had moments where the machine for orange juice was not working and my daughter even found a small bug by the oatmeal area. Overall, rooms are clean but more attention from lobby staff."

"Manage expectations - this is an average basic hotel in need of a major overhaul. It looks like efforts have been made to upgrade or update, but there's still a lot of work to be done. The rooms are quite small (quaint?), bathrooms smaller. However, my room was clean, the tiny bathroom well stocked with nicely folded towels and nicely placed toiletries. The bed was sheets only (blanket available), but effort was made to make it look appealing. I wasn't there long enough to try the breakfast. The evening clerk was pleasant and helpful; the overnight/early a.m. clerk was also pleasant. The hallway was much in need of vacuuming. From my POV, the staff seems to be doing what they can with what they have, but the photos and even name (Wyndham Trademark) are misleading. A last note about the shuttle - I waited 30 mins, but it did come (unlike some other reviewers). I was the only rider and I carried my bag onto the bus (I wouldn't need help anyway). It smelled like old smoke and had an interesting grinding sound at driving speed. The driver said it would be a 10 minute ride and that there was a restaurant across the street. When he dropped me off, I thanked him and as I exited, he said "a tip would be nice." For what - doing your job? Overall, again, manage your expectations. This is not a Wyndham boutique hotel. But if you need a clean bed and hot shower before heading to nearby MIA, it will suffice."

"Our group from GSH Travel had a wonderful experience at Loews Miami Beach Hotel. As an international travel group coordinating logistics for 11 guests, we truly appreciated how welcoming, responsive, and accommodating the team was throughout our stay. A special thank you to Lucy Krasteva for her outstanding assistance coordinating our airport transportation. The communication was quick, professional, and incredibly helpful, and everything was organized smoothly for our group arrival in Miami. One thing that especially stood out during our stay was the hospitality shown by the hotel’s restaurant team. Our group of 11 decided to have dinner at the hotel somewhat spontaneously, and the staff graciously accommodated our large group with kindness and professionalism. Despite the size of our party, they made the experience feel seamless and welcoming, which we truly appreciated after extensive international travel. The hotel itself is beautiful, lively, and perfectly located right on Miami Beach. The atmosphere, service, and overall hospitality made it a fantastic final stop for our travelers. We would absolutely recommend Loews Miami Beach Hotel for both individual travelers and group stays visiting Miami."
