"Everything was fine, shuttle from the airport and to the port was super convenient. Check in/out was very quick and easy. Breakfast was nice. Warning: DO NOT set up a pre-paid shuttle ride from the cruise port to the airport with Luxury Valet Miami - they are sitting right out in front of the Comfort Inn as you board the Comfort Inn Shuttle. There are so many people online who got screwed by these guys. We waited for them for an hour at the cruise port. There was another family who waited for them for 3 hours! Comfort Inn - why are you allowing your customers to get scammed right on your property?!? Those guys need to go. "

"Only one elevator worked, the ac didn't work, the microwave in the room stuck closed and I had to wait 25 minutes for someone to come and free my food from the microwave..... It's very close to the hotel tho, and even has a shuttle (which drove right cross me when I first got to Miami and I ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel.)"
