"Lo bueno: - La atención en recepción fue muy amable, al igual que la Sra: que prepara los omelettes. - La infraestructura es bonita y las habitaciones con sala muy amplias. Lo regular: - El mismo desayuno todos los días, no hubo algo nuevo. - Si bien está cerca del AirPort y del estadio del Inter de Miami, las vías de acceso son un poco confusas y peligrosas si alguien no está familiarizado con la zona. Lo malo: - Cuando alguien se levanta de la mesa al terminar de desayunar demoran mucho en limpiarla y pueden pasar muchos minutos, estuvimos esperando para sentarnos en una mesa vacía que estaba llena de platos y restos de comida y nadie venía a limpiar, yo tuve que traer papel toalla y hacerlo por mi cuenta porque mi hija tenía hambre."

"The Pullman is a great hotel. I only stayed one night before my cruise but this was the second time I have stayed at this property. The only complaint I have is that the ice machine on my floor did not work. Other than that it was clean, the staff were friendly, and I was easily able to set up a shuttle to the port for a great price."

"Upon check in, I was notified that I had booked two rooms, which was contrary to my confirmation #. I spent an hour on the phone attempting to rectify issue with Hotels. Com because the Desk clerk was adamant about I had booked an extra room. Nevertheless, when I was granted an earlier check in I proceeded in vacation mode. Also, paid for room assigned; however , my credit card on file was billed an higher price room. Therefore; I had to open a dispute when I returned home, which favored me because of my receipt . This is a great location for a 1 night stay. Although, the staff is kind of Shady, hold them accountable for their lack of understanding & people skills."

"The location is very good, close to airport and close to cruise port). The rooms were spacious but the a/c unit made a noise whenever it kicked on. The breakfast did not have anything my grandkids would eat."

"Interior and room were exceptional; however, the exterior lacked any appeal and had litter strewn about it. The parking garage was very tight, so if you're parking a vehicle there, bring something small. Overall it's a nice property, with beautiful rooms and great views (at least from our room). I'd stay there again, I just wouldn't park there."

"The staff were so kind and really made an effort to make our stay a good one!! The only thing we wish is that the room air would have been cooler. We had a full view of the ocean and maybe that affected the air conditioning not being strong enough to cool the room. The temp stayed around 78/79 during the day and well into the evening. But interestingly, the air blowing out the vent was cool. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and the location is near a lot of stores and restaurants. El Topical was recommended and we loved it!!"
