Self check-in: Arrival is seamless and contactless via smart keyless entry. You can come and go freely, day or night. Detailed check-in instructions are sent before arrival. Guests receive a building FOB after checking in at the front desk; FOBs must be returned at checkout (a $50 replacement fee applies per lost FOB).

📋 Building Rules & Registration: All guests must register with the management office at check-in and present a valid government-issued photo ID. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced (Studio: 2 guests | 1BR: 4 guests | 2BR: 6 guests). Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on balconies, in common areas, and within 25 feet of the building. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. Pets are not permitted for short-term guests (service animals must be declared prior to arrival in accordance with platform policies and HOA guidelines).

🏊 Amenities, Dress Code & Services: Amenity use is limited exclusively to registered guests; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Shirts, bottoms, and shoes are required in all interior common areas (swimwear alone is not permitted in the lobby, elevators, or hallways). Building FOBs must be returned at checkout (loss of FOB is subject to building replacement fees).

📦 Deliveries & Luggage: Food, grocery, and retail deliveries must be met in the lobby, as couriers cannot access residential floors. Please note the front desk does not hold luggage, keys, or food deliveries, and we do not offer pre-check-in or post-checkout luggage storage.

🧼 Essentials & Building Disclaimers: Upon arrival, your apartment will be stocked with basic starter supplies to ensure a smooth start to your stay. This is an independently owned residence not affiliated with or managed by the building's developer or condominium association.
