Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or charges

incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.



Valet Parking (Optional):

• 1 to 7 days: $35 per day, plus applicable taxes

• 8 or more days: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Monthly rate: $650 per month, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 6 months or more: $480 per month, plus applicable taxes

Highly recommend!!

This is a very well-equipped, very comfortable rental with the most breathtaking views of the ocean from every room! The beach was so much fun, the heated pool was fantastic, and the fitness center was great. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were excellent, and the place was incredibly clean. We loved every minute of our stay!

The property is exactly as represented in the photos. Communication with owners was good and the unit was spotless and very well provisioned. There was a minor issue with the freezer and maintenance was up here within 30 minutes repairing it.

Pleasant Surprise

We were pleasantly surprised on how much better the condo was when we actually saw it. The view from the room was amazing and the place itself was nore than satisfactory. Our hosts were very attentive and provided great communication. The location was perfect and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy short drive from airport and also to Miami. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

This place was amazing!

Beautiful views! Everything was as pictured. The communication w/ Zen Vacation Rentals was way above par! I always had a response with in minutes. We had one small issue with the wall oven and Zen had some one up with in 15 minutes. I would totally come back and stay here!

The view is as incredible as the condo!

We rented this property for a ladies weekend and it was perfect! The view is incredible and the condo and furnishings were so nice and very clean. Laure the property manager is so incredibly helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgable in answering our questions about the area and made some fantastic restaurant suggestions. She made herself available to us during our stay if we needed anything. This was an overall great experience. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful condo

Actual condo is better than the listing. We enjoyed the balcony each night and during the day you can see schools of fish and even a few sting rays from the 33rd floor. The condo was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, blender, and coffee maker. The host is very responsive. 5 stars for sure!!

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment itself was amazing. Plenty of room with an unbelievable view and wrap around outdoor patio. As others noted, the main issue is the elevator (yes, 1 elevator) getting to the apartment. If you visit at a peak time like we did, you can spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator. The check-in process was also a bit chaotic since they didn’t have my reservation in the system which created confusion. Others had a similar experience. However, the apartment itself more than made up for the small challenges.

fantastic apartmentfantastic apartment. Great service from our host. Next time we will look for a better date. The weekend of July 4 was impossible because of the large number of people in the building. Beach service was not as agreed due to problems with building management. We will definitely return on a better date.

Amazing views

Overall a great experience, only problem was the check in experience which is not the owners fault. We checked in late and expected the resturant to be open because the website said open till 11:00pm. We checked in at 10:05pm and found out no resturant open and no room service. Besides that everything was great.

Premium location without a premium experience

The actual bones of the condo are nice, the location is good and the condo is as advertised. However the property does not offer the bare essentials you would expect for a premium Vrbo listing. The AC did not work upon check in and no effort was made to immediately fix it. Also the front desk was not helpful nor was the property manager on providing an experience that would consistent with the premium price listing.

The facility that we stayed in was supposed to have a working washer and dryer, but it did not work. When we contacted the host, we were told that a repairman would come in and fix it. The repair man came put some nonsensical part in it and the washer and dryer still didn’t work. Then we complained again to the host and he told us that it would be fixed on Thursday of a particular week. That’s kind of coincidental because we left on Wednesday. If you’re going to say that you have certain pieces of equipment in the facility have it there or have the owner replace it Because of this, I would never reschedule with VRBO in that area. We had a great time at Hyde with our family! Our host was amazing and was very receptive. The room was clean and exactly as described with an amazing view! The property itself had some flaws- the location is a little far away from restaurants or other options for meals outside of the restaurant bar, and the elevators…we’ll just be prepared to wait (also probably the busiest time of the year so it’s expected) Again the room and host were amazing- and the property overall is 4/5 stars just a few downfalls to the property itself. Great trip would definitely go back!
