Well, this was the worse experience I have ever had. I checked in my room and left all my bags and when I went to a dinner and got back the lock code they gave me didn’t work. The lock from the outside was broken and I didn’t have access to the apartment. So it’s Saturday 1-am I contact customer service and they tell me to find a locksmith service to go open the door for me to enter because they didn’t know what was wrong and didn’t have anybody to help me because it was the weekend. They then told me to pay for it with my money because the service charged me and had to pay by Zelle due to the emergency and time. So Sunday morning after that disaster I tried to te contact the customer service to fix the door because I couldn’t leave the apartment closed because I wasn’t able to open it again if I left. First call was at 8 am and they said at 11 they would be there after numerous calls they got there at almost 4 to tell me he couldn’t fix it. So we grabbed our bags and left My whole last day of vacation locked in because of this. I’ve then called 25 times and always the same thing and answer “ we will update you” It is Tuesday I checked in Saturday still no update still no refund. So no need to give a rate from 1-10 everyone who reads this should rate it themselves.
