"Room was beautiful and clean. The hotel is gorgeous and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and we appreciated it so much, will definitely be back! Some things were a bit pricey for what it is, but that’s to be expected since the hotel is on the ocean strip of Miami Beach! We got room service from the restaurant and it was brought to us quickly and the food was great. Access to the beach and lounge chairs are included in the stay, though we didn’t get in the water due to the sargassum bloom. Regardless, the pool was beautiful, beach was pretty and not overcrowded and service was great! Can’t wait to come back!"
