This mid-century modern home brings all the charm and character you would want during your Miami stay.

Featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, your friends or family will settle in very comfortably.

The kitchen features a large and central island providing the perfect place for all to gather around.

The cute breakfast nook in the corner allows a great seat by the windows for the perfect read and morning coffee or a bite to eat with all your guests.

The living room features a spacious and comfy sectional for all to sit around and enjoy the TV.

The front yard is completely turfed and perfect to sit outside and enjoy the Miami sunsets. The back yard features lush greenery and tropical fruit trees. A covered patio creates the perfect setting to hang out and bbq. Relax and cool off in the 10ft wide stock tank pool with surrounding decking perfect for laying out.

The place is a hidden gem. The owners spared nothing. Love all the little extras they put into the house. Walking distance to Barry University. This will be our spot each time we visit. The little pool is magnificent, automated driveway fence and entry doors, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer. The bathroom just gorgeous and both rooms well decorated. The place should be in a magazine.
