Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. They can also enjoy the living room, kitchen, dining room, balcony, and laundry room. A private entrance ensures privacy. Each reservation includes one free parking spot in the driveway. Valet parking is available for an additional fee, paid directly to the valet service. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in.

Laundry facilities are available on the 6th floor for self-service, with each load costing $2.75. There’s also an external laundry service that offers same-day return. The rate list is provided in your room, and you can always check with the front desk for more details.
Please note that guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. Upon arrival, please visit the front desk in the lobby to receive assistance. You will need to present a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation. You will receive a keycard to access the elevator and your floor. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, with late check-out available upon request for an additional fee. One parking spot is provided. Please review all house rules.
