Bayside Marketplace sits just north of the park, boasting a slew of shops and restaurants in a walkable outdoor locale. Bayfront Park neighbors the bustling Port of Miami and sits within close proximity of American Airlines Arena, Pérez Art Museum, and the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science.



There are a wide variety of apartments and condos available for rent near Bayfront Park, many of which also offer stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach.

Please note that the condominium lobby is getting new flooring to enhance the building’s look and guest experience. During this upgrade, the lobby will be fully closed and some services will be limited.

The condominium lobby will not be accessible.



A front desk agent will be available near the main elevator landing to assist guests with digital keys.



Overnight staff will not be available during this period.

Please make sure guests receive all arrival and access instructions in advance.



🔧 Maintenance Requests



Maintenance available Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.



The Management Office will be the only point of contact.



No after‑hours maintenance during the renovation.



📦 Packages & Deliveries



Package lockers will be unavailable; items will be held in the Parcel Hub.



We recommend guests avoid scheduling deliveries during these dates due to possible delays.



📬 USPS Mail



USPS will continue delivering to the mail room.



A team member will assist with mail access if needed.
