The only negatives to write was that the room felt extremely small (we had a room with 2 beds) and the floor was EXTREMELY sticky (had to wear socks the entire time). The room was clean and the staff at the restaurant/bar were very friendly! Great location in walking distance to Ocean Dr and LOTS of restaurants!

Hotel was very cute and clean. The room was cozy and nice. Great location to walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants and coffee shops. Amber is a waitress at the hotel restaurant she is AMAZING! She deffinatly made our incredible.

Our room was fine for one night. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Would be better if you could speak directly to someone instead of emails and texts. My card was charged 2 days prior to our stay, but booked with the understanding we pay upon arrival and it’s been 5 days & we have yet to receive our security deposit back.

This was a great place to stay and visit South Beach! The location is phenomenal and central to everything! Friendly and accommodating staff, clean comfortable room, and the free bag was a nice touch! We will definitely stay here again when we return! It’s a really great stay!

The overall experience was mediocre. The pool was cozy however wasn’t maintained and cleaned daily. We found ourselves closer to the end of the week in a dirty pool. The hallways and lobby bathrooms weren't cleaned daily. We walked past the same debris on the floor. Every staff member encounter was friendly. Tried to sit at the bar once but was encountered with a large amount of fruit flies. Please check the drains. The drinks were amazing. Hopefully this is feedback to become better as Ive been here twice and want the experience better.
